Are laboratory-grown diamonds real?
Yes. Laboratory‑grown diamonds are pure carbon diamonds with the same brilliance, hardness and structure as mined diamonds—only the origin is different.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12PM from metros are delivered by the next day. Standard delivery for other locations takes 2-7 business days.
What is your authenticity certificate?
Authenticity certificate by Titan Company confirms your jewellery’s key specs like laboratory-grown diamond details and a unique SKU ID, so you know exactly what you purchased.
What does gold hallmark mean?
Hallmarking verifies gold purity and identification (like BIS/HUID where applicable). It confirms the metal, not the diamond. Laboratory-grown diamond details are covered in the authenticity certificate by Titan Company.
Is it the same as CZ?
No. Cubic zirconia and moissanite are simulants. Laboratory‑grown diamonds are real diamonds made of carbon and test like mined diamonds for hardness and sparkle.
Do LGDs fade over time?
No. Their color and sparkle are intrinsic to the crystal, not a coating. With normal wear and cleaning, they retain brilliance like mined diamonds.
Are laboratory-grown diamonds always flawless?
Not always. Like mined diamonds, laboratory‑grown diamonds can have inclusions from the growth process. Quality details are shared so you know the exact grade.
What does 14kt vs 18kt mean?
It’s gold purity: 14kt is 58.5% gold, 18kt is 75%. Choose 18kt for richer colour, 14kt for stronger daily wear.
What is the return policy for jewellery?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn items in their original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable.

As part of the merger of the programs in April 2023, issuance of Encircle points was stopped and NeuCoins were issued. Customers with Encircle points balance were communicated a deadline of March 2025 for expiry of Encircle points. At present, no Encircle points are available or valid and customers can only earn/redeem NeuCoins.
Your Encircle Tier will remain. You will be able to see it in the NeuPass program as a badge. So, if you have a gold tier in Encircle, it will reflect as a Titan Gold Badge in NeuPass.

Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens above 18 years and with a valid Indian mobile number. The Titan Encircle membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable. Offers/ benefits/ discounts offered to the Encircle member are limited to the respective individual only. These offers are not transferable to other Encircle member/ non-member. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together.
